
GREENWICH, CT — Aligned Negotiation, a leader in behaviorally driven negotiation training, has officially launched its newest innovation: the Negotiation Silhouette, an interactive assessment tool designed to radically upgrade how individuals and teams prepare for high-stakes conversations.
Built on the proven Aligned Strategic Framework, which blends behavioral science, business psychology, and decades of field-tested negotiation strategy, the Silhouette delivers a single, personalized negotiation “persona” rooted in conflict preferences, personality style, and risk posture under pressure.
